Services include patient transfer between hospitals, from home to hospital, or hospital to home.

Medical equipment and staff (doctors, EMTs, paramedics, or attendants) are provided as per the type of ambulance booked.
Booking & Confirmation

Ambulance bookings can be made via phone, email, or our website.

Bookings are subject to availability of ambulances and medical staff.

Confirmation will be provided through call, SMS, or email once the booking is accepted.
Service Charges & Payments

Charges are based on distance, type of ambulance, medical equipment, and staffing requirements.

Payment must be made in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept payments via cash, digital transfer, or other approved methods.

Any additional charges (such as waiting time, tolls, or extra medical requirements) will be communicated to the customer.
